Before yall dive into this SuPeR delicious and healthy recipe, I have to explain why I wanted to create my own recipe for a chocolate chip cookie- something that people have been making for literally years and there is probably 10 million recipes out there for them.
That being said, I absolutely love chocolate chip cookies, I like them super chewy and the chocolate pieces have to be nice and smooth- not weird and hard (unless it is a crunchy cookie). Chewy and hard do not go together. Chewy and soft= perfect match.
